As our Rochester, NY based Property Manager, your first mission will be to manage the process that ensures all properties are being properly marketed: signs are in the yard, properties are accurately posted to MLS and Craigslist, all pictures have been properly taken and submitted. You will also be building out your team of leasing agents. Your prior supervisory experience will be crucial, as we'll count on you to effectively recruit and train your new employees using materials provided by corporate. Successful candidates will be able to navigate a fluid and growing infrastructure with a constantly changing landscape of corporate structure brought on by tremendous growth. Your work with us will be varied and interesting as you reach out and develop relationships with other 3rd party channels, including other real estate offices and agents, relocation companies and apartment finders. Comfort with computers and software programs including Excel, AppFolio and MS Dynamics CRM will be key, coupled with solid written and verbal communication skills. At the end of the day, your success will be closely tied to the performance of your leasing agents.
