Full-Time Opportunity exist for a talented Inside Sales professional for College Enrollment Starting salary is $42K+ great benefits to include health and vacation, retirement and tuition reimbursement PRIMARY FOCUS : Responsible for recruiting qualified high school students and/or Non-Traditional Student in support of our traditional enrollment effort. Also responsible, for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with high school students and parents. The High School Admissions Representative recruits students through telemarketing and on-campus visits. JOB DUTIES: Contact all new leads generated via phone or email or on-site within a 24 hour period. Generate new leads through referral generation. Interview and enroll qualified students to meet individual and market goals. Follow up with enrolled students ensuring that admission and financial aid requirements are met. Promote and leverage scholarship opportunities. Consistently perform accurate and timely sales activity reporting. Interview prospective student to learn what they are looking for in a college and outlining your schools offerings in hopes of enrollment Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Admissions. Candidate must work a flexible schedule to meet prospective students' needs. Evening and weekend hours are required. Must be able to work 40hrs a week that includes some evenings and weekends. Minimum 2 year degree is required Consultative Sales experience is required Must have experience in Prospecting, following up on leads and closing sales. .
